Sentry Food Solutions, a Tucker, Ga., establishment, is recalling approximately 14,130 pounds of chicken and beef products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen.

Kalle USA, a Chicago, Ill., establishment, is recalling approximately 168,473 pounds of pork products that were not presented at the U.S. point of entry for inspection.

Illinois Firm Recalls Chicken Products Produced Without Adequate Ready-To-Eat HACCP Plan and a Listeria Monocytogenes Program

La Guadalupana Wholesale, Inc., a Chicago, Ill., establishment, is recalling approximately 8,856 pounds of chicken tamales because they were not produced under a fully implemented Ready-To-Eat (RTE) Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan; a Listeria monocytogenes (Lm) program; and a hazard analysis.

California Firm Recalls Pork Products Produced Without Benefit of Inspection

Food Club Corp., the importer of record which was formerly located in Los Altos, Calif., and is now located in Key Biscayne, Fla., is recalling approximately 3,233 pounds of pork products that were produced in Spain and were not presented at the U.S. point of entry for inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. Without the benefit of full inspection, a possibility of adverse health consequences exists.
